Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to provide proper notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
2. No Show Policy
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will not be permitted to book future appointments with Leyla Sufi Beauty Co. Additionally, any payment made for the missed appointment will not be credited. If you are more than 15 minutes late and have not contacted us by texting 816-974-7206, your appointment will be considered a no-show.
3. Late Arrival Policy
We understand that life happens, but to respect all clients’ time, please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened to ensure the following client’s appointment starts on time. Clients who are more than 15 minutes late risk having their appointment canceled, with the deposit remaining non-transferable towards any future appointments.
4. Appointment Reminders & Communication
By booking an appointment, you consent to receiving appointment reminders via text and email. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please follow the instructions in your confirmation message. For late cancellations or emergencies, you may also reach us via text at (816) 974-7206.
Please do not send a message through social media as we may not see those messages on time.
5. Payment Methods
We accept cash, debit, credit or tap to pay for payment at the time of service.
6. Guests, Pets, and Children
For the comfort, privacy and safety of all clients, please refrain from bringing guests, pets, or children to your appointment.
7. Product Sales
All product sales are final. We encourage you to carefully review your selections before purchasing. However if there is an issue with the quality of the product please contact us immediately we would love to resolve any issues for you.
